Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Algorithmics and its officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents and licensors from any and all claims, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs and expenses (including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your failure to comply with these terms of use, (b) use or misuse of this Site by you or your representatives, (c) any other wrongful conduct or conduct attributable to you, (d) your infringement or misappropriation of any intellectual property or other right of a third party, (e) the information or material posted or submitted by you to the Site or (g) your violation of any applicable law.
